We had a lovely time! Went to the Cubs game and this was a great place to stay within walking distance to Wrigley. We were able to check in early and the parking situation was great as well. It was a little pricey but for the location and special occasion, we decided to splurge. This is an older building but we found it nice. I know some people complain about the wallpaper, carpeting ect but this is not a chain and it is exactly what we expected. We will stay here again next time we go to Wrigley.

Negatives: definitely needs some updates, it is starting to show its age. Wallpaper was peeling, carpet had a few large stains, and the shower was slow draining. Positives: Bed was comfortable, plenty of space, quiet, AC worked well, location. I've stayed here 3 or 4 times, it's best feature by far is location. 15 min walk to Wrigley, 45-60 mins to Lincoln Park. Free parking in the surrounding neighborhood if you are willing to walk a few blocks north or if you get lucky along Lake Shore Dr.
